I'm Andrea, and I am certified in FEMM, an evidence-based cycle charting method. Whether you are interested in charting your cycle for purposes of overall health, or for purposes of naturally avoiding or achieving pregnancy, I would love to walk with you. Girls who have been cycling for at least 3 years + all cycling women can benefit from this education.
