Cancellations by Participants: If you are unable to attend, please contact Andrea Ault prior to the workshop (hello@andreakault.com.) Registration fees are non-refundable for participant cancellations but may be transferred to another girl or a future Cycle Prep workshop, subject to availability.

Workshop Cancellation: If the workshop is canceled by the organizer or host, all registered families will receive a full refund to their original payment method.

Workshop Rescheduling: If the workshop is rescheduled, families may transfer their registration to the new date or request a full refund.

Refunds will be processed through our secure payment processor, Stripe. Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear on your original payment method.
